What Standard Porta Potty Rental Covers

Last updated: November 2026

A standard rental covers the portable toilet units, delivery to an agreed accessible location, pickup, and servicing if included in your written quote. The quote will state the number and type of units, rental period, service schedule, and any delivery or site requirements.

Special equipment, hand-wash stations, restroom trailers, pumping beyond the agreed service, extra cleaning, and changes to the rental period require a separate quote or written approval. The customer must provide safe access and tell us about underground utilities, restricted access, or site conditions that could affect placement.

Construction employers remain responsible for workplace sanitation under OSHA 29 CFR 1926.51; general workplace sanitation is addressed by OSHA 29 CFR 1910.141. Accessible units should be requested in advance; applicable 2010 ADA Standards may govern accessible facilities.

Waste handling and discharge rules, including Washington Administrative Code 173-350 and 173-216, may apply. Event permits and local review may involve Clallam County Environmental Health, the Washington State Department of Health, the Department of Ecology, Labor and Industries, or the City of Forks.

Arranging, Changing, or Cancelling a Rental

We schedule delivery, service visits, and pickup with you using the dates and site details in the accepted quote. A requested date is not confirmed until WA Toilet Pros confirms the booking.

Tell us as early as possible if your event, project, access hours, or placement location changes. Cancellation and change requests should be sent by phone or email so there is a written record; any applicable charges or refund terms will be those stated in your quote or confirmed booking.

If no cancellation terms are stated, contact us before assuming a fee or refund applies. We may need to adjust timing if unsafe access, severe weather, road restrictions, or other conditions prevent service.

A change to the number of units, rental length, servicing frequency, or delivery location can affect the quote and availability. We will explain any revised terms and get your approval before proceeding with added work. Please keep the delivery area clear and accessible at the scheduled time.

Quotes, Charges, and Payment

A quote is based on the details you provide, including unit type and quantity, rental dates, delivery location, access conditions, and requested servicing. Review it before accepting and ask about anything unclear.

The quote or booking confirmation will describe the included work, charges, payment timing, and any stated cancellation terms. No price or payment schedule is implied beyond what we provide in writing.

Payment is due as specified in the accepted quote or invoice. If site conditions or your requests change the agreed work, we will explain any added charge and seek your approval before doing the additional work, except where immediate action is needed to address a safety issue.

Charges may also change if provided site information is inaccurate and affects delivery or service; we will discuss the change with you. Contact us promptly if you believe an invoice does not match the agreed work so we can review the quote, service record, and amount billed.

What We Stand Behind

WA Toilet Pros will provide the rental and related work described in your accepted quote. These terms do not promise a particular warranty period or create coverage beyond what is expressly stated in writing for your booking.

If you believe a unit was not delivered, placed, or serviced as agreed, contact us promptly with the service address and a description of the issue. We will review the booking and work performed and discuss an appropriate response.

Any written warranty or service commitment provided for a specific rental will explain its duration and limits. Coverage may not apply to problems caused by misuse, vandalism, unauthorized relocation, blocked access, unsafe site conditions, or changes made by someone other than our crew.

It also does not cover pre-existing site conditions or equipment issues outside the agreed work. Nothing in this section removes rights that cannot legally be waived. Please keep your quote and any written service commitments so we can refer to the terms that apply.

Responsibility for Site Conditions and Losses

To the extent permitted by law, WA Toilet Pros’ responsibility for a claim related to the rental is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to that claim. This limit does not apply where the law does not allow it, including for liability that cannot legally be excluded.

We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, hidden utilities, inaccurate site information, or conditions outside our control. You are responsible for safe access and for identifying hazards or restrictions at the site.

Customers and site operators remain responsible for meeting duties that apply to them, including construction sanitation under OSHA 29 CFR 1926.51, workplace sanitation under OSHA 29 CFR 1910.141, and applicable accessible-facility requirements under the 2010 ADA Standards. Wastewater discharge and solid waste rules may apply under Washington Administrative Code 173-216 and 173-350.

Applicable event permits or local health review may involve the proper state or local agencies. These terms do not transfer your legal responsibilities to us.

Questions About These Service Terms

For questions about these terms or a particular booking, contact WA Toilet Pros at (844) 402-2049 or quote@standardportapottyrentalforkswa.top. You can also write to us at 490 S Forks Ave, Forks, WA 98331.

Include your name, service address, and quote or invoice details so we can identify the rental. We may update these terms from time to time.

Updated terms will be posted with the revised date or otherwise communicated to affected customers. Unless required by law or agreed in writing, a change does not alter terms already accepted for a booking.

The terms in effect when you accept a quote apply to that rental, subject to any written changes you and WA Toilet Pros approve. If a provision cannot be enforced, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.

Please contact us if you need a copy of the terms associated with your order or want clarification before accepting a quote.
